I dedicate times to work out at the beginning of each week based on my schedule. With a baby I never have the same schedule every week so I have learned to be flexible and work out when I can, even if its 8 at night. Most complimented on: My butt. Everyone has notice have have toned up around my hips and butt. It can be embarrassing to get that kind of compliment but I am proud of my accomplishment. What motivated you to pick up the weights? My daughter was the primary motivation. I weighed 225 at my highest during my pregnancy. I was able to lose down to 187lbs. I was struggling with losing any more of the excess weight. I wanted to make sure I can crawl on the floor, run around and play with my daughter without being winded or sore.
